We are creating an ecosystem in which the school becomes the center of attraction
The project covers 84 schools, 2 colleges and 2 institutions of additional education in the regions where Kazakhmys Corporation operates
Ustaz Ulytau was established in 2021 at the request and with the financial support of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP and performs comprehensive work to improve the quality of education in the region of the Corporation's presence: Zhezkazgan, Satpayev and Ulytau district of Ulytau region, in Balkhash and districts of Karkaralinsky, Osakarovsky, Abaysky, Bukhar-Zhyrau Karaganda region, and also in the Shusky district of the Zhambyl region.
Ustaz Ulytau was established in 2021 at the request and with the financial support of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP and performs comprehensive work to improve the quality of education in the region of the Corporation's presence: Zhezkazgan, Satpayev and Ulytau district of Ulytau region, in Balkhash and districts of Karkaralinsky, Osakarovsky, Abaysky, Bukhar-Zhyrau Karaganda region, and also in the Shusky district of the Zhambyl region.
Kazakhmys Corporation invests in the social sphere, including education, but we have seen that targeted measures do not work — we need an integrated approach. This is how the Ustaz Ulytau project was born, aimed at improving the quality of education in the regions where the corporation operates.
This unique social project aims to unite the efforts of all stakeholders to create an effective self-regulatory system that ensures the improvement of the quality of education.
We are creating an ecosystem in which the school becomes a center of attraction not only for children, but also for the entire population. This helps to increase the prestige of educational institutions, which, in turn, improves the quality of life and forms the basis for the sustainable development of the region.
Ustaz Ulytau carries out its activities in accordance with the Charter of the Ulytau Educational Foundation, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On the status of a teacher" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of education.

USTAZ ULYTAU
USTAZ ULYTAU DESTINATIONS:
Purpose: to improve the quality of education in schools by introducing the Technology of the Three-dimensional Methodological Learning System (TTDMTS)*into the educational process of secondary education organizations
the technology developed by the Doctor of pedagogical Sciences, professor J.A. Karaev*

Purpose: to enhance the role of teachers and school leaders, as well as to develop relevant knowledge and professional skills
Purpose: to form engineering, technological, digital, and educational research skills among students by transforming the content of secondary education based on a STEM approach, and introducing AI into the learning process
Purpose: to introduce career education through specialist training, career education programs, and the creation of career centers in schools
Purpose: to introduce trilingual education in the region by subject teachers and expand opportunities for students to participate in international projects and enroll in foreign universities through learning foreign languages
Purpose: to contribute to the institutional development and improvement of the quality of education in schools in the region and to promote the institute of accreditation in the public sector of secondary education in Kazakhstan as an internationally recognized form of external evaluation of educational organizations
Goal: integration of Kazakhstanis into the global educational space
