As part of the environmental project competition Ecomarathon “ Caring for the Homeland ”, workshops “The main stages of participation in the project” will be held

At the workshops, we will tell you how to correctly apply for participation in a competition, how to build project management in practice, and also give examples of successful projects

The workshop will help competition participants:

- choose the direction and set the goal of the project;
- dive deeper into the topic of the selected environmental project;
- describe the application for participation in the environmental project competition;
- develop skills of interaction and distribution of roles in the project team;
- learn to break down the big goal of a project into specific practical tasks to achieve it;
- learn how to calculate a budget and prioritize project implementation;
- take a more conscious approach to the project, its planning and implementation;
- structure the project by creating a step-by-step plan;
- present and defend your project
